Product Sprint

One workflow.Fully resolved.

Five focused days to turn a blocked product decision into a tested flow, high-fidelity prototype, and a brief engineers can use.

The output

From ambiguity to implementation-ready.

One connected package. Product logic, interaction, interface, and acceptance criteria stay in sync.

One problem. No broad redesign disguised as a sprint.

One decision maker.Fast feedback keeps the week focused.

One usable handoff.Your team knows exactly what to build next.

When it helps

A concrete problem cannot wait for a long agency cycle.

The workflow is important enough to fix, but narrow enough to understand, design, prototype, and hand off in one week.

What you receive

Enough clarity to build the right thing.

Not a deck of suggestions. A resolved workflow with its product logic, interface, behavior, and implementation criteria connected.

  1. 01

    Product decision brief

The problem, user, outcome, constraints, scope, and decisions in one concise document.

  2. 02

    Complete workflow

The primary path, essential system states, edge cases, and recovery behavior.

  3. 03

    High-fidelity prototype

Credible UI with real content, connected into an interactive product flow.

  4. 04

    Implementation brief

Behavior notes, acceptance criteria, final walkthrough, and one consolidated revision.

Five-day process

One decision advances every day.

We work directly together. Feedback is consolidated, scope stays fixed, and every day ends with a clearer product.

  1. Day 1

    Frame

Define the problem, user, outcome, constraints, and boundaries.

  2. Day 2

    Structure

Map the workflow and choose the strongest product direction.

  3. Day 3

    Design

Turn the direction into a credible interface with real states and content.

  4. Day 4

    Prototype

Connect the flow and review it against product and technical constraints.

  5. Day 5

    Hand off

Deliver the prototype, behavior notes, acceptance criteria, and next decision.

Fixed boundaries

Small scope. Serious output.

The sprint works best for AI, fintech, payments, crypto, compliance, and B2B SaaS teams with an existing product or a technically feasible concept.

Good fit

  • One critical end-to-end workflow
  • Access to the current product and evidence
  • Known technical or business constraints
  • One person able to make decisions

Not included

  • A complete product or broad redesign
  • Production frontend or backend development
  • A new brand identity
  • Multiple unrelated workflows
  • Open-ended staff augmentation

Fixed price

$2,000

The sprint starts after a $1,000 deposit. The remaining $1,000 is due before the final editable handoff.

FAQ

Before we start.

Is this a design audit?

No. An audit explains what should change. A Product Sprint resolves one selected workflow and delivers a prototype and implementation brief.

Is development included?

No. The output is ready for implementation by your team. Development can be scoped separately when appropriate.

Can you use our existing design system?

Yes. The sprint uses your existing product language and components when they are available and suitable.

Can you design an entire MVP in five days?

No. A complete MVP belongs in an MVP Sprint. Product Sprint is deliberately limited to one critical workflow.

Do we need finished requirements?

No. We need a real problem, access to relevant evidence, known constraints, and one person able to make decisions during the sprint.

What happens after the sprint?

You receive a recommendation to build, test, iterate, or stop. Any additional work is proposed separately.

One clear next step

What product workflow is blocking you?

Send the product, the problem, and the result you need. We will confirm whether it fits a five-day sprint before proposing dates.
